Our Story
Tabania was founded in 2017 by Steven Lee, a 17-year-old entrepreneur with no outside funding and a relentless drive to build something bigger than himself. With nothing but a vision and raw determination, Steven sold trees from his backyard to pay for servers, tools, and early software development.
Those humble beginnings continue to shape how we operate today: with resourcefulness, grit, and an unwavering belief in building from first principles. Every product we’ve launched since has been built in-house, bootstrapped, and backed by the power of long-term thinking — not short-term hype.
What started as a solo pursuit has evolved into a growing global company with platforms serving millions across industries.

Our Founder
Steven Lee, Founder and CEO, leads all of Tabania’s companies and initiatives. From day one, he made it clear: this would be a company that built everything itself — no shortcuts, no outsourcing the core. His entrepreneurial journey, which began with selling trees to fund the first Tabania servers, is a reflection of the company’s core values: creativity, ownership, and long-term thinking.
Steven believes that innovation comes from working closely with users, moving fast without losing integrity, and never relying on funding as a substitute for execution.
