Welcome to LipMemo (the “Platform”), a social media video application that is part of the Tabania family of companies. The Platform is provided or controlled by LipMemo Ltd., a corporation registered in the United States (“LipMemo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). As part of Tabania, our mission is to provide innovative, engaging, and safe digital experiences while respecting and protecting your privacy.

- In Australia, users under 16 are restricted until age verification is implemented.

7. Global Operations
LipMemo operates in multiple countries. Users are responsible for complying with local laws. Australia is currently excluded until age verification is implemented.
8. Music Uploads
Creators may upload only original music. Copyrighted music owned by others is prohibited. Violations may result in removal of audio or video, warnings, restrictions, or account termination. Uploaded music will credit the creator’s username to promote their work.
9. Multi-Part Videos (“Parts” Feature)
Creators can link multiple video segments together to create a series. Viewers can watch all parts seamlessly without searching for other videos, improving engagement and content discovery.
10. Safety, Community, and Behavior
All users must act responsibly and respectfully. Prohibited activities include: harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, unsafe content, and illegal behavior. Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent bans.
11. Livestreaming & Virtual Gifts
- Livestreams must comply with safety and community guidelines.
- Virtual gifts are available to support creators. Creators must be 18+ to receive payments.
- Fraudulent or unsafe behavior may result in account suspension.
12. Algorithm & Recommendations
Our recommendation system uses engagement signals to personalize content, promote discovery, and maintain diversity. Sensitive personal data is not used to influence recommendations.
13. Advertising
We may serve personalized ads based on your activity, preferences, and engagement. We also analyze ad performance to improve relevance and effectiveness.
14. Copyright / DMCA Compliance
We follow DMCA guidelines and respond to copyright complaints. Infringing content may be removed, and repeat violators may be banned.
